Hi, I'm Jade, a mum of three and an Australian APA Titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist with a special interest in pelvic health. As a mum myself, I've experienced firsthand the overwhelming number of products out there and the lack of clear guidance on how to use them effectively.
After working in pelvic health physiotherapy for over 11 years, I know that many mums feel just as lost as I did. That's why I created Blossom Pelvic Health.
